The Housing Authority of the Town of Shreveport (HACS) hosted a ribbon slicing Thursday early morning for their hottest inexpensive housing job.
“We are psyched to open the Bayou Grande doors and kick-off a new beginning for mixed-revenue housing in Shreveport,” stated Bobby Collins, Main Government Officer for HACS. “This growth signifies a important portion of the ongoing financial development endeavours below in Shreveport.”
The Bayou Grande advancement contains 328 apartments, alongside with 5,000 sq. ft of retail room in going for walks distance of downtown.
The venture was a collaboration with the Town of Shreveport and other neighborhood entities among the community.
